According to an article from ABC News any one with the two items listed above can "experience an augmented reality map of the future Wizarding World of Harry Potter park." We are assuming that the issue of USA Today will have instructions on where to go to get the map.

The map will blend together computer images and real life environments to show you every angle of the park. They also give an interesting look into some of the features of the map.

For example, holding the map closer to the webcam activates a close-up view of the magical town of Hogsmeade and the Hogwarts Express. Banners on the map flap in the breeze if the microphone is blown into.
